Terms of Service

The service

ScrollScanner is a research tool that connects to AI assistants and analyzes publicly available social-media content to report what’s performing well in a niche — formats, creators, and hooks. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

Your account

You must be at least 13 and provide accurate sign-in information. You’re responsible for activity on your account. One person or business per account; keep your sign-in method secure.

Credits

Searches consume credits — a base amount plus an amount per post processed, shown in your dashboard history. New accounts receive free trial credits. Purchased credits are tied to your account, aren’t transferable, and — except where required by law — aren’t refundable once used. Prices and the credit formula may change prospectively; we’ll never retroactively reprice credits you already bought.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to harass, stalk, or target individuals;
• resell, redistribute, or bulk-export the service’s data as a dataset;
• circumvent metering, rate limits, or access controls;
• use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party platform terms;
• attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.

Research results

Results are AI-assisted research over public content, provided for your information. We don’t guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that any format or strategy will perform for you. Third-party content surfaced in results belongs to its creators and is governed by the platform it lives on; we provide links, not licenses.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service; unused trial credits lapse on termination.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
